Kastle Systems is growing! Come join our innovative and fun recruiting team! Kastle Systems is seeking a highly motivated in-house, on-call/flex Recruiter. In this fully remote role, you will be part of a great team of recruiters ensuring that all of our positions are closed with great talent at the right time. This position has high visibility within the organization, reports to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and will be a vital team player in the overall success and growth of the company. Responsibilities:
Work directly with the corporate recruiters and hiring managers to help review applications, source and potentially screen candidates.

Identify positions that have been open longer than 30 days and/or hard to fill roles to provide sourcing support.

Work within ATS system (iCIMS) to review new applications and move candidates through the system appropriately.

Ensure requisitions do not have NEW applications sitting in unreviewed status in iCIMS.

Source on hard to fill positions (using X-Ray searches, social media, create projects in LinkedIn, Indeed, and find talent using other sourcing tools).

Partner with hiring managers, operations and corporate staff to fill open positions by gaining full understanding of job description, desired qualifications; open and post positions,

Actively and creatively source using in-house tools and outside sources (ATS, referral programs, Boolean searches, resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and pre-screen candidates, submit qualified candidates to hiring managers, and coordinate interviews.

Track and report of all hiring actions within iCIMS Applicant Tracking System

Market job openings and career opportunities to potential candidates via social media and professional networks in effort to develop candidate pipelines.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a full lifecycle, corporate recruiting function using iCIMS applicant tracking and reporting functions.

Demonstrated expertise in non-standard recruiting methods: cold calling candidates and companies, organizing and executing ad hoc networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique methods to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc.

Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, as is a high proficiency with iCIMS Recruit and LinkedIn Recruiter

Team player from a fast-paced environment who holds themselves accountable to prioritize work, meet commitments and exceed goals.

PREFERRED LOCATION: California - Pacific Time Zone (United States)

Other Eligibility Requirements:
Must be able to meet and maintain various certifications, licenses and/or registrations, in accordance with applicable state laws and as required by the electronic security regulations in the state (s) worked.

Must be willing to participate in and pass the company's pre-employment screening process including a background investigation and drug screening.
