Responsibilities of the Purchasing Administrator

  • Responsible for accepting and editing purchase requests from various departments
  • Preparing purchase orders and performing buying duties.
  • Confirmation of order quantity, pricing, and availability.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Collaborates with other departments for the purpose of documenting the purchase of goods and/or services.
  • Responsible for tracking order statuses
  • File and maintain vendor request and releases.
  • Provide monthly open committed cost for monthly financial flows.

Qualifications on the Purchasing Administrator

  • At least 1 year of purchasing experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong excel skills
