The studio's film titles include Book Club for Paramount Pictures, Blue Miracle for Netflix, Just Mercy for Warner Bros and Joe Bell with Roadside Attractions, as well as upcoming titles including The Lost Daughter for Netflix, Ambulance for Universal Pictures and My Best Friend's Exorcism for Amazon. The studio produces premium TV series such as See and Truth Be Told on Apple TV+ and Nine Perfect Strangers and the upcoming Life & Beth for Hulu, Severance for Apple TV+ and Tokyo Vice for HBO Max. Endeavor Content also handles global distribution for hit series including Killing Eve, Normal People and The Night Manager. The studio brokered the deal with Netflix for multiple event series from the Roald Dahl Estate.

Endeavor Content is seeking a Recruiting Director to lead the full lifecycle recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and actively filling positions. You will also act as a project lead for select recruiting initiatives, complete ATS and HRIS tasks, and deliver region/brand specific reporting for the territory. The primary focus will be active recruiting - you will partner with business leads and HRBPs to fill positions of varying levels, from Coordinator to SVP.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and business leads to fill open positions
• Network and recruit extensively across multiple diverse pools of candidates and talent across all levels
• Establish position needs, business priorities, and manage expectations with both candidates and hiring manager(s)
• Exercise curiosity and conduct research into competitors and market place to target passive talent
• Deliver reports, both system based as well as Excel based, related to recruitment activity, requisition priorities, and challenges
• Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification and profile match
• Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide profile summaries
• Work closely with HRBPs and Finance to provide job offer guidance and to facilitate the negotiation and offer process to successful completion
• Support the candidate's transition and onboarding process

Requirements

• Established and experienced Executive recruiter happy to work at all levels
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of all recruitment processes and techniques
• Proficiency in using ATS and HRIS
• Excellent knowledge of candidate selection methods and sourcing tools
• Possessor of keen business acumen and market insight
• Effective negotiation and influencing skills
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with all level of employees.
• Must possess solid critical thinking/reasoning and demonstrate sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills highly detail oriented. Able to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.

Must be able to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
