We are seeking an experienced National Leasing Manager to manage our student accommodation & build to rent (BTR) Essence properties. You will be responsible for strategy and implementation of leasing process.

Located close to public transport and popular venues such as Story Bridge Hotel, Sea Legs Brewery and The Gabba.

About the Role

• Full Time position available
• Initial launch and lease up for a new project as primary focus
• Additional project work on application
• Building relationships with key business partners both internally/externally to maximise outcomes
• Manage change management process through the implementation and training of new systems and procedures
• Accountability solid financial performance
• Liaise across departments to evolve IT systems and marketing
• Manage the onboarding and ongoing management of national ancillary service providers
• Collaborate and manage with project/marketing teams, the establishment and management of onsite inspections and other related leasing activity

About You

• QLD Real Estate Licence (required)
• Previous real estate and leasing experience in the residential real estate, student accommodation or hospitality industry (preferred)
• Experience with property management system Star Rez (highly regarded)
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve and manage conflict
• Be culturally aware and understanding of different cultures and backgrounds
• National Police Check (required)
