About the Role:
You will be providing 360-degree recruitment consulting services and will have autonomy in being able to manage and develop your own client relationships. With piping hot Client and Candidate contacts, you will find stepping into this role an easy transition with great billings potential. Key elements of this role will include:

  • Maintaining and building on close working relationships with existing clients and candidates
  • Developing new client relationships while servicing existing clients
  • Conducting in-depth face to face interviews
  • Proactively sourcing high calibre candidates
  • Engaging in high-level negotiations with external stakeholders at all levels
  • Being honest and transparent with clients and candidate

Your Background:
Ideally, you will be an experienced Recruitment Specialist comfortable working in a 360-degree recruitment role. Alternatively, you will be able to demonstrate success in business to business sales or an ability to grow and develop within businesses. Your ability to develop new client relationships while servicing existing clients effectively will be one of your strong points. Exposure to the commercial accounting recruitment space is preferential as this role will involve working in a busy and fast-paced environment. Alternatively, you should be coming out of a heavy business to the business consultative sales environment. As a minimum, you should be degree qualified, preferably with a Business degree.
