THE JOB
Burbank Television Enterprises LLC seeks a Global Account/Screening Access Coordinator for the Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Marketing (WBWTVM) Digital Media department. This person will be responsible for onboarding users to our B2B/Press website(s) and/or apps and managing secured access to pre-release/sensitive content.
The Global Account/Screening Access Coordinator is a liaison for gaining access to our B2B/Press site(s), managing our global account database and managing app support. They have an overall responsibility to ensure that access or support requests are completed/delegated in a timely, accurate and secure manner and will perform research in various systems to address more complex and escalated issues, as reported or requested by users. This role requires interaction and collaboration with our Global WB and HBO Sales teams, Theatrical and Awards (For Your Consideration) Team, and VP's/Executives.
THE DAILY
- Creates & maintains various Screener Access groups and schedules including international press junkets, employee screenings and special event screenings.
- Review applications submitted from users (internals/ clients/vendors/press) requesting access to our B2B sites/press sites.
- Manage and provide account/app support outreach via Chat, Email, Ticketing and Phone. Perform ongoing review of customer facing FAQ's and Agent prepared responses and update where necessary.
- QC assets/site access (Brainiac/WBTVD) as system updates occur and make changes as needed
- Prepares and executes e-blast communications for limited screening events
- User training and onboarding of new team members (FYC Admins.) regarding the B2B/Press site(s), as needed. Creates trainings, one-sheets and various reference materials, as needed
- Performs other related duties as needed
THE ESSENTIALS
- 2 years' experience working in the entertainment industry
- Experience working in a studio environment preferred
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, business, or technical discipline
- Film School or TV & Film Production experience is a BONUS
- Familiarity with content management systems
- 3 or more years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, an emphasis in client servicing and technical support a plus
- Working knowledge of television/film production and distribution
- Shows a strong interest in press, media and industry trends and consumes them across various platforms
- Participates in brainstorming and creative meetings and takes meeting notes when necessary
- Sound business judgment and integrity with emphasis on maintaining a balance between the client needs and the overall functioning of the site/app
- Familiarity using Excel and Sendgrid to manage screener access requests, including e-blast communications
- Experience in handling client escalations a plus
- Experience in leading trainings
- Work closely with adjacent teams and stakeholders to provide proactive recommendations on how to improve first contact resolution in efforts to reduce repeat contacts to any one team or department (e.g. develop "self service" models).
- Keep informed of internal/studio wide updates to effectively manage and communicate changes to stakeholders and team members
