Network Ops Manager - CTP - Burbank, CA - $50.00-$54.00/hr

An Entertainment Company is seeking a Network Ops Manager in Burbank, CA.

Role Description

Will be supported by a talented cast of technical managers and engineering staff. Additionally, the manager will be supported by a project management office, network operations center, strategy and architecture, network monitoring, tools, reporting, asset management and billing support teams who are dedicated to the account.

• Responsible for the success of regional network services

• Indirectly manages a network engineering team up to 30 engineers, defining roles and responsibilities

• Works on issues and project of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends

• Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions

• Acts as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems

• Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate communications to the customer are occurring

Skills & Requirements

• Achieve the SLA for the team(s) under his/her supervision..

• Participate in sizing and implementing IT projects..

• Ensure his/her team(s) is compliance with the company's policies..

• Assist the clients on designing the LAN/MAN infrastructure providing recommendations and IT best practices.
