BioTalent, part of Trinnovo Group is an award-winning next-generation Life Sciences staffing agency with an international reach and offices across Boston, LA, London, Manchester, Ireland and Zug. We work with the hottest MedTech, Biotech & HealthTech companies globally ranging from exciting starts up's to multinational businesses across retained and contingent services, where you can have a real impact.

We are looking for Senior Recruiters with experience in any market who are based in Los Angeles or potentially looking to relocate, as we can offer fantastic relocation packages and visa support. This would to be join our high-growth BioTalent US West Coast team who have an incredible 5-year vision already in place.

We're now on a path to growing our business to over 450 people by the end of 2025 and we're looking for motivated people to join our exciting journey. With the recent launch of BioTalent in Los Angeles, you'll play a key part to the growth and expansion of this team.

What will you be doing as a Senior Recruiter:

• Ability to identify the unique value that each candidate brings and manage their candidate experience accordingly from start to finish.
• Business development experience with a clear track record of winning clients, highly desired.
• Clear demonstration of exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quota over a consistent period.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A desire to collaborate - we work closely and synergise on everything we do

What do you need to have:

• Previous experience working in the staffing and recruiting industry
• Communication skills
• Resilience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work towards targets
• An interest in the Life Science industry

• Work from home between 1-4 days a week, depending on your level. Note trainees are in the office 5 days a week during initial 9-week training programme.
