Job description

A growing finance firm is looking for an HR Director to create and manage a successful HR team. This is a fast-growing business, so looking for candidates that are excited and able to keep up with the growth in an HR capacity. Looking for candidates that have experience with acquisitions and integrations is preferred by not required. Qualified candidates MUST have

• Degree or SHRM certification
• Over five years of HR Director experience
• Be able to create and streamline HR policy and procedures
• Educate and advise upper management on successful HR plans and programs
• Manage and execute an annual performance management program
• Manage benefits administration, worker's comp, and 401K retirement plan
• Be able to lead an HR Team and create HR initiatives
• Self-Managed, diligent, and a self-starter
