Collins Aerospace is looking for a Financial Analyst, FP&A individual contributor who will be responsible for working with the business and across finance groups to forecast the consolidated Income Statement. In addition, you will play an active part in developing recommendations for leadership to ensure that the business consistently hits its financial targets.

Position is currently working remotely. May need to work onsite in a hybrid capacity when circumstances permit.

Primary Responsibilities

* Manage monthly forecasts and gap analyses for all financial metrics and gap scenarios for central business planning team
* Manage and consistently improve all controls related to the Aftermarket Income Statement
* Present monthly financials, latest forecasts & gap explanations and provide business recommendations to management and/or leadership levels
* Work closely with Aftermarket Spares operations teams to establish and align processes and communication
* Support monthly/quarterly management reporting packages to finance and corporate leadership
* Support financial month-end closing process and other ad hoc requests as necessary

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience OR
* Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience OR
* In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
* Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
* Able to communicate and make presentations to senior and executive level leadership
* Microsoft Office suite: Excel-VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables. Create PowerPoint presentations
* Experience manipulating large data sets
* ERP experience
* Experience working with Continuous Improvement tools
* Strong project management skills and able to effectively plan and prioritize multiple tasks to meet due dates and support the enterprise
* Knowledge of financial modeling, US GAAP principles and interpreting commercial contract language.

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of SAP, HFM, BW or Power BI
* Aerospace experience
* Large corporation experience
* Manufacturing Company experience
* Prior FP&A experience
