WIM Operations Transformation is seeking a talented Business Systems Consultant to join the eSign Enablement and Automation Transformation team. This team supports Document Management Capabilities to include eSign, eForms, eUpload, Document Generation and Imaging. Specifically, the successful candidate will initially focus on forms enablement for WIM eSign and transition into supporting additional Document management assignments.

Responsibilities of this position include collaborating with Client facing, Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Technology to deliver Document Management capabilities including eSign, eForms, eUpload, Document Generation and Imaging for Ops Transformation initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Analysis of the current process around each form
- Workflows and requirements to transition forms to the desired future state solution
- Partner with Operations, Technology and other BSC's to identify straight through processing opportunities and help implement
- Initially this role will start with support for the eSign enablement of forms through DocuSign Templates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience
- 5+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements

Other Desired Qualifications
- Ideally the candidate will have eSign experience, specifically DocuSign and DocuSign Templates
- Experience with eForms
- Ability to manage own workload and priorities to meet deliverables
- 3+ years User testing experience
- Experience with documenting requirements and collaborating with Technology teams to deliver straight-thru-processing solutions
- Experience developing User Stories
Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
NC-Charlotte: Min: $68,200 Mid: $96,000 Max: $123,800
CA-Concord: Min: $81,800 Mid: $115,200 Max: $148,600
MO-Saint Louis: Min: $68,200 Mid: $96,000 Max: $123,800
NY-New York: Min: $81,800 Mid: $115,200 Max: $148,600
MN-Minneapolis: Min: $68,200 Mid: $96,000 Max: $123,800
