RH is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team in providing a world-class experience to candidates, hiring leaders and internal partners. As part of our People Team, the Senior Recruiter will work onsite in our Corte Madera offices.

RH is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team in providing a world-class experience to candidates, hiring leaders and internal partners. As part of our People Team, the Senior Recruiter will work onsite in our Corte Madera offices.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Live Our Values: People, Quality, Service and Innovation
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including: sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and leading the offer process
- Take lead on recruiting across the business, with an initial focus on Corporate functions across Creative, Merchandising, and G&A
- Develop a strong knowledge of our business and source exceptional talent to support Our Vision
- Selectively screen suitable candidates to gauge skills, interests and motivations and present job opportunities to relevant candidates
- Work towards the delivery and reporting of recruitment metrics
- Ensure world-class candidate experience, including candidates that are not selected for RH
- Provide high-quality feedback to candidates and hiring leaders, demonstrating a passion and clear understanding of the RH brand
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 8 years recruiting experience working with highly creative and G&A teams
- Experience proactively sourcing creative talent a must
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition; creative approach to sourcing and attracting talent
- Ability to influence business leaders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of leaving an organization better than it was before
