Recruiting Specialist

Altametrics

The mission of the Recruiting Specialist is to recruit the best possible talent onto the rapidly growing Altametrics team. This will be achieved by developing and executing cost effective traditional as well as creative sourcing, recruiting and retention strategies to enable the company to recruit and retain talented and highly motivated employees.

Outcomes

1. Ongoing responsibility of recruiting to meet staffing needs for all departments within the company.

  • Post positions on various sites, source candidates, review resumes, prescreen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Track status, prepare offer letters, ensure completed background checks, and prepare onboarding schedule.
  • Ensure all positions are filled within established metrics, while continuously exploring alternative sourcing methods, and selection techniques to align with industry best practices.
  • Partner with supervisor on utilizing proper interview techniques, exploring various tools and trends to scale recruiting
  • Partner with and lead outsourced and/or offshore team of recruiters to work towards achieving departmental KPIs
  • Consistently remain compliant with recruiting budget and expense processes.
  • Calculate and present recruiting KPIS, company retention, departmental retention on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Contribute to various department initiatives, and other duties as assigned recommending new approaches and ideas to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department and services provided.

2. Maintain ongoing relationships with local colleges, universities, and other channels to source potential candidates.

  • Attend career fairs to recruit for open positions and effectively represent Altametrics and its mission.
  • Schedule on-campus and onsite recruiting and interviewing for open positions.
  • Create and hand out flyers for job openings through most effective sourcing channels.

3. Master and utilize Topgrading within the first 30 days.

  • Complete Topgrading course, and form a detailed understanding of Topgrading process.
  • Conduct 15 phone screens for various openings in the company and shadow supervisor on 5-10 interviews in first 30 days.

4. Introduction to company products by the end of 60 days.

  • Have working knowledge of Altametrics products and Hubworks portfolio to effectively represent the company.
  • Support Altametrics mission and demonstrate company knowledge.
