Vaco Holdings in Los Angeles is looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Analyst to join our dynamic and fast growing team. You will manage the first stage of our recruiting process. The Talent Analyst will support the team in all aspects of recruiting. We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a fast paced environment and possesses a high sense of urgency to quickly match Human Resource professionals with career opportunities. This opportunity is located in Culver City and ideally looking for someone who is okay going into the office one day a week.

Responsibilities for this Talent Analyst role include:

• Identifying candidates via multiple recruiting sources
• Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (i.e. LinkedIn)
• Crafting and sending recruiting emails
• Posting on job boards
• Scheduling weekly interviews
• Pre-screening candidates and reviewing resumes
• Creating and maintaining a fluid pipeline of candidates for our core Human Resource roles
• Attending job fairs to support recruiters

What you need for this Talent Analyst role:

• College Degree in Human Resources or related field is prefered
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and organized
• Experience in customer service preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task
• Knowledge of Human Resource Management is a plus
