Job description

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a EPSI Community Investment Project Specialist in Cupertino, CA.

Role Responsibilities (Duties):

  • Traffic and manage certain Corporate Grants to qualified organizations.
  • Liaison between cross-functional teams to make sure all processes are followed for grant programs.
  • Create and maintain key project governance to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success.
  • Ensure programmatic commitments, procedures, financial standards, and legal requirements are met and managed for compliance.
  • Administrative monitoring and response management of inquiry inboxes and systems.
  • Administrative support for raw data importing of legacy information.
  • Administrative support for financial processing.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to various EPSI teams and leaders.


Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to take direction, forward-thinking insight, and strong written and spoken skills are essential to the success of this role. This role has significant administrative needs within a fast paced environment with many deliverables running in parallel.
  • This position will need to ensure smooth workflows, organization, maintain and update data routinely, actively manage schedules and trackers, and will routinely communicate with a wide array of individuals on a national and global level.
  • Additional important skills that are required are:
  • 5-7 years of direct experience as a project or program manager.
  • Ability to plan, communicate, manage, and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales.
  • Solid experience in managing resources, preparing appropriate documentation.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and issues before they intensify and actively drive toward a solution.
  • Highly self-motivated and self managing.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to bring structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to think ahead and take action to ensure success.
Education:
  • College degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Mac OS X and iOS a must
  • Strong proficiency in Keynote, Numbers, and Pages
