**REMOTE position***

Pay: $17/hr+


We are hiring for a hybrid role at Peregrine Team. This position will be a mix of HR administrative duties and sourcing/recruiting coordinating duties. This is a full-time, W2 position with great benefits, competitive pay, and the ability to work REMOTE.


Responsibilities

  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organization for the HR department
  • Manage time entry for employees
  • Assist with running payroll through ADP
  • Act as a liaison between employees and our benefits specialist, finance and other department/vendors
  • Assist the CEO and department leads with policy revisions
  • Support the recruiting team by sourcing qualified candidates, conducting screen calls, and scheduling interviews with lead recruiters.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • 1+ year experience with HR, administrative, and/or recruiting experience
  • Familiar with HR responsibilities (onboarding, timekeeping, policy revisions, etc)
  • HRIS/ATS experience
  • Linkedin, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, or other recruiting platform experience
  • Must have a computer/laptop
