Job description

We are seeking a strong Technical/Intel Recruiter with documented success recruiting fully-cleared technical staff for numerous programs in the D.o.D. and Intelligence communities. Our expertise is in the mission areas of Data Analytics, Cloud Architecture, Software Development, and Cyber and SIGINT Processing. We are focused on the worldwide Department of Defense and Intel information technology, scientific, and engineering program areas and their unique personnel requirements. In this remote position, you will manage a substantial requisition load spanning a large number of contracts. You will be responsible for the entire recruiting and placement lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placing of signed candidates on billable projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • developing sourcing strategies for talented and diverse candidates through creative methods such as job posting, data mining, online databases, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, networking, cold calling, competitor research, career fairs, etc.
  • maintaining a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates
  • conducting full lifecycle recruitment within the D.o.D. and Intelligence communities
  • generating a volume of high-quality candidates
  • building a pipeline of cleared candidates
  • constant screening and interviewing of candidates for current openings
  • assisting with contract transitions and incumbent capture

Requirements:
  • U.S. citizenship
  • experience with full lifecycle recruiting
  • experience supporting multiple internal clients in a broad portfolio of work
  • experience managing the diverse needs of a team
  • ability to stay up-to-date on a large number of programs
  • creative approach to sourcing candidates, and comfort using traditional sourcing tools/resources
  • strong abilities to work in a team, as well as the ability to work independently
  • self-confidence, perseverance, excellent communication skills, and a high sense of urgency
  • experience with a high volume and heavy requirement load
  • demonstrated knowledge of using staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems, electronic job boards, and social media
  • experience with data mining from the Internet

Education and Work Experience :
  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • OR equivalent education and experience in lieu of a degree
  • at least 2 years of technical recruiting experience within the federal contracting industry
  • at least 2 years of experience recruiting highly-technical cleared candidates
