Job description

Our client is looking for a motivated Executive Recruiter to join their HR team at their HQ. The company has an international presence and has grown significantly. The primary responsibilities for this role include the development and execution of Recruiting and Candidate Capture Plans for all position levels within the organization (all locations) to include Leadership, Professional and Technical positions; establishing candidate networks through Industry Contacts, Associations, Trade Groups and Employees; lead targeted recruiting efforts at colleges and or other associations. Collect and maintain all statistical data necessary to meeting state & federal employment reporting requirements.

This position is in office at will report to the Director of HR.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with hiring managers and all locations on recruiting requirements

  1. Create or update position descriptions.
  2. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
  3. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
  4. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
  5. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
  6. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  7. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
  8. Post openings in newspaper advertisements, Internet Job Boards, with professional organizations, and in other position-appropriate venues.
  9. Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
  10. Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable "employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
  11. Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
  12. Attend local professional meetings and membership development meetings.
  13. Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
  14. Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
  15. Write and forward rejection letters.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-5 years experience in full cycle recruiting
  2. Bachelor's degree highly preferred
