Core Responsibilities:

  • Create Thesis Driven Multifamily Investment Models supported by detailed macro and local market research and data
  • Build detailed excel based analyses including Net Present Value and Discounted Cash Flows, IRR analysis, ROI and ROE, and investor waterfalls in relation to acquisition and disposition strategies
  • Integrate investment models into compelling marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with Private and Institutional investors and their teams
  • Create the strategic direction for the messaging, content curation, and marketing materials to be developed
  • Ensure development of agreed upon expectations, timelines and project milestones with internal teams at project outset, and ensure management of those expectations, timelines and milestones throughout the process
  • Daily responsibilities include leading and collaborating between Business Development, Market Research, and Graphic Design Teams to understand requirements and best solutions.
  • Create Acquisition/Reposition/Renovation Plans, Highest and Best Use Land Valuation and Development Proformas for Ground-Up Developments including Feasibility Studies and Hold/Sell
  • Market Research and Project Due Diligence
  • Rent & Sales Comparable Compilation
  • Demographic Studies & Analysis
  • Manage ad hoc projects, analyses, and other assignments of varied subject matter
  • Stay abreast of local and capital market trends
  • Write executive summaries and investor memorandums

Minimum Qualifications

  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
  • Thrive within a deadline-driven environment
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting (strongly preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial and disciplined approach to work
  • Strategic thought process
  • Strong ability to problem-solve with the ability to work effectively, efficiently, and independently in a deadline-driven, dynamic, small office environment
  • Exceptional eye to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with our clients , advisor partners, and investors, including their teams
  • Strong teamwork skills and a confident ability to offer suggestions and improvements to process and work very collaboratively with others.
  • The skillset to prioritize and re-prioritize responsibilities
  • Enthusiastic about learning. Coachable

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience with InDesign
  • Ability to influence others
  • Project management experience or strong interest in developing skills in this area

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
