To effectively support our explosive growth the Talent Acquisition team is ramping up to attract, deliver and retain top diverse talent. The team is forward thinking and motivated to deliver best in class solutions. This role provides operational support in all areas of Talent Acquisition and reports to the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition for US and EMEA.

Responsibilities

* Deliver superior recruiting support and provide operational excellence to the Talent Acquisition team
* Support multiple recruiters with requisition management, interview scheduling and candidate follow up
* Perform background, employment verification, and reference checks
* Manage employee referrals
* Design reports and present data in a meaningful way with analytical charts and visuals
* Configure recruiting tools
* Coordinate social media campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team
* Set up events with local colleges and professional organizations

Requirements

* Passionate about making an impact
* 2+ years experience in Talent Acquisition preferred
* Exceptional organization and planning skills, demonstrated ability to work at a fast pace, multi-task and maintain high quality work deliverables
* Superior attention to detail, follow through and ability to synthesize complex concepts
* Demonstrated ability managing data and generating insights, creating compelling visual aids
* Well versed in systems
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent team player, great interpersonal and communication skills
* Agile, inquisitive, resourceful
* Good time-management skills and sense of urgency
* Strong project and program management skills
