Overview:

As a healthcare provider, our environment can be quite complex and unfamiliar, even for those who have been with the organization for a period of time. If you can be comfortable with being uncomfortable, and will ask a lot of questions, you are more likely to succeed.

You will be welcomed and supported by a team of 2 leaders, 12 peers (10 recruiters and 2 sourcers), a dedicated recruitment support team of 3 individuals, as well as a marketing partner who are working right alongside you; experiencing the same challenges and celebrating the same wins - we are a supportive group!

This position is currently hybrid remote due to covid.

Qualifications:

Necessary skills for this role include:
  • Extreme service focus; both for candidates and customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sourcing, recruitment marketing, talent engagement, personal branding, networking

Experience and education minimum requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) is required
  • At least one year of HR experience is required
  • Prior healthcare recruiting experience is highly preferred
