Insides Sales Account Manager Retention Bonus: Gexpro Services is offering a retention bonus up to $1,000 paid in two increments following 90 and 180 days of employment to all external candidates.

Insides Sales Account Manager Responsibilities: We are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager to fill an immediate opening in Fullerton, CA. The qualified Inside Sales Account Manager must possess a high school diploma or GED and have a combination of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, processing sales orders. A qualified candidate will be able to perform the following task:
- Handle multiple customer inquiries, process orders by quoting product prices delivery specifications, payment terms, and resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through warm leads follow-up through phone calls/emails.
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs, identify sales opportunities, source products, and make both inbound and outbound calls to process sales orders and monitor customer fulfillment.
- Research and report pricing, products, and current/future market trends information to Global Account Manager.
- Processes product quotations and provides continuous follow up throughout the completion of the customer's purchasing cycle.
Requirements: The Inside Sales Account Manager must preferably possess a high school diploma or GED, or a two-year technical degree or more is preferred. The Inside Sales Account Manager should preferably possess previous experience in a customer-facing sales environment or an equivalent experience in an industry with strong sales skills. The Inside Sales Account Manager should possess a combination of product and application knowledge, negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, organization skills, and problem-solving skills to drive decisions with influence. The ideal candidate must also possess the ability to work overtime as needed.
