Randstad Technologies is currently partnered with a global leader in healthcare technology that is focused on better clinical and economic outcomes. These technologies deliver critical patient data across local and remote systems, enable better-informed decisions, increase efficiencies, and create a safer environment for patients. Currently the team is seeking a Product Manager for their patient monitoring and connectivity product line. The role is focused on human centered design and will work with both current and future patient monitoring products. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with Medical Device experience. Open to remote candidates; Excellent compensation plan.

responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct formative and summative usability testing and design validation that is compliant with IEC 62366 and FDA guidelines.
• Evaluate and provide guidance on prototypes to support evolving hardware and software application development.
• Work with cross functional teams to maintain usability risk analyses.
• Train cross functional members on usability concepts and processes in order to leverage the team and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent the Human Factors function on core teams for next generation products.
• Manage the usability and clinical validation team and any utilized external resources.
• Working with product management define clinical user requirements and illustrative use cases; conduct validation to confirm design meets users' needs.
• Participate in product risk identification, analysis, and mitigation.
• Provide content for and review of instructions for use.
• Stay current on industry practices.
