FRSTeam by Custom Commercial represents 12 company stores throughout the Western United States. Reports to the HR Manager in the corporate office. This is a Full-time position.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process up thru pre-employment tasks such as background screening and drug testing.

· Develops training materials and standard operating procedures related to recruiting.

· Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

· Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

· Screens applications and conducts initial screening interview with qualified candidates.

· Schedules interviews with candidates and interview panel members.

· Prepares interview questions and other hiring and selection materials for hiring managers.

· Collaborates with the Hiring Manager and Human Resources Business Partner during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

· Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

· Maintains accurate and up-to-date recruiting metrics for Sr. Leadership.

· Assists and developing and maintaining internal communication dashboards related to recruiting.

· Responsible for timely and effective communication to Hiring Managers and Human Resources Business Partners on the status of positions.

· Coordinates and communicates new hire preparation to incoming employees. May assist with New Hire Orientation.

· Responsible for engaging with local schools to help build talent pipelines

· Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting events.

· Responsible for building and promoting Company branding in relation to attracting talent.

· Responsible for identifying local and nationwide staffing agencies for partnerships and negotiates contracts for contract, temporary, and direct hires.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Other

· HR ad hoc projects as necessary.

· Must practice good discretion at all times.

· Protects company operations by keeping company/human resources information confidential.

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.

· 3-5 years' experience in managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.

· SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

· SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.

· $1,000 sign on bonus.

· Monthly Incentive Bonus.

· Employee medical, dental & vision coverage offered after 30 days of full time, continuous employment. Coverage begins the 1st day of the month following the 30 days. (Company pays $3,900 annually toward individual employee medical and dental).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
