What we're hiring for?

As a Digital Media Buyer/Analyst, you will be responsible for launching digital advertising campaigns that touch millions of customers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing team on goals and objectives, resources, budget and prioritization of initiatives

• Advise on how to build effective and efficient end-to-end media purchasing and optimization processes

• Plan, run, and manage campaigns across digital channels (facebook, google, amazon), including but not limited to budget planning, campaign management, performance tracking, experiments, and optimization

• Analyze the performance of digital media and optimize for best performance: CTR, ROAS, etc.

• Analyze creative performance, and provide recommendations to optimization

• Analyze digital media marketing opportunities, suggest plans and strategies and assist in executing those media

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred

• 4+ years hands-on experience with paid media.

• Ability to interpolate analysis into the strategic and tactical decision-making process

• Strong analytical skills

• Experience with web analytics, tag management and implementing pixels for conversion tracking

• Hands on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, and TikTok
