ROLE:
We are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join our amazing team to own and expand on our long-range financial model to inform operational and strategic decision making. This is a great opportunity to build new analyses, models, and reports to provide actionable data to leaders. Strong attention to detail, a growth mindset, and an ability to set and meet tight deadlines will be important for the success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Build and enhance long-term forecasting model to support go-to-market expansion, incorporate strategic initiatives and identify areas of risk/opportunity
* Deliver and craft clean, high-quality presentations for senior executives
* Work on ad-hoc analysis which support key business issues and deliver actionable recommendations based on data-driven analyses
* Collaborate with other FP&A team members to understand the key drivers of various aspects of the business
* Support IR by conducting market research, building competitive intelligence, and understanding the scope of the industry and benchmarking
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 5+ years of progressive Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking or Consulting experience
* BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related quantitative field
* Strong analytical skills and extraordinary attention to detail with a focus on accuracy; able to translate big-picture analysis while never losing sight of the finer points
* Strong work ethic and team-first attitude: humility and humor make for a high-impact contributor
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to summarize detailed information in a concise manner
* Motivated self-starter, with ability to work with minimal direction and to set effective project plans
* Works comfortably with incomplete information and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic, high-pressure environment; willingness to dive deep and become the subject matter expert in any area of focus
* Experience using Excel and PowerPoint; Alteryx a plus
* Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statements
