Job description

Overview:
IVC is looking for a TA Business Partner to join the team in Irvine. This will report to the Sr Director, HR and Talent. The role will work on talent development strategies, partner with leaders across the organziation, search for the best talent for each role, and create a talent pipeline. This person will focus on corporate hiring and SGA roles.

Responsibilities:
•Establish and manage key organizational relationships and understand the client's business as an advisor
Offer solutions regarding organizational and people-related strategy to guide decision making.
•Consult with leaders to create a people plan
•Offer advice and insights on coaching conversations
•Provide support and experience in performance management, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, and learning and development.
•Investigate and understand the alignment between talent needs and skills within the organization.
•Advise on travel and expense policies
•Work with Legal on ER related issues and project manage
•Assist in budget and head counting process
•Assess Org
•Assist in goal planning process
•Onboarding and orientation for new hires both remote and at HQ
•Weekly, bi weekly and monthly touch bases with all leaders
•Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify recruitment needs and workforce strategies
•Partner with business leaders throughout each stage of recruitment and into hire
•Actively source, develop, and maintain a healthy pipeline of passive and active candidates for corporate office, domestic, and international field opportunities
•Utilize direct sourcing, networking, and creative recruiting techniques to identify top candidates
•Provide an positive candidate experience
•Full lifecycle recruitment - including intake meeting, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating other aspects of the pre-and post-employment process
•Post jobs in our ATS (iCIMS), LinkedIn, college career portals, and specialized job boards
•Tracking and reporting key TA information to ensure data integrity
•Recruit talent for the brand creating a pipeline
•References and background checks
•Reporting and analytics used in dashboards for department

Qualifications:
5 - 7 years' experience

Bachelor's Degree

Experience with full cycle recruiting

High voluvme recruitment experience

International recruitment experience

Systems savvy
