Job description

We are looking for Janitors to take care of multiple buildings/locations and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition. We are always looking for someone promotable.

This work will cover multiple locations in Kingsburg, Selma, and the surrounding area.

Monday-Saturday; 6 days per week; Requires flexibility to work afternoon/evening.

Part-time available 15 - 20 hours per week

Full-time available 30- 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

· Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

· Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.

· Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

· Stock and maintain supply rooms.

· Follow all health and safety regulations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be willing work hard, physically walk a lot of miles in a day. Proven working experience. Integrity and ability to work independently. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to continually stand or remain on feet when performing all job functions. Must be able to continuously push, pull, stoop and crouch when performing job functions related to servicing and cleaning machines and facility.

Experience:

• Janitorial: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
