As an assistant manager, you will support the store manager to build a team that delivers results are providing an amazing customer experience. You also share the responsibility to execute all store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. You create a positive environment that develops and engages your managers, associates and customers every day. You love being a part of a winning team and you bring your energy to work every day. As the assistant manager you report to the store manager. As an assistant manager you will work together with the store manager to create action plans to create store sales and strategic goals. Communicate clear expectations and hold store associates in your self accountable to achieving results. Motivate associates to perform at a high-level by creating fun, challenging and rewarding culture. Create an amazing customer experience and Continuously provide feedback to associates on the sales floor. Support the store manager to ensure the store standards in merchandise and operations are being met consistently. Take initiative to learn about all aspects of the business; share ideas to drive the business.
