Title: Recruiter
Location: Remote/Livermore, CA
Type: 6 months contact with potential extensions

The Recruiter will be responsible for the following duties which include but are not limited to:
" Using phone as primary sales tool to identify passive and hidden talent through cold calling and headhunting
" Schedule phone interviews with potential candidates through social networking, job boards and your referral network
" Prescreen candidates in a detailed and professional manner to ensure skills match to job description
" Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers
" Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
" Maintains ATS data by entering recruiting and hiring data; integrating information
" Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
" 5 - 7 years' cold calling, headhunting, recruiting experience
" Proficient working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
" Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
" Well versed in EEO laws
" Should have high-energy and a sense of urgency
" Ability to influence through articulate verbal communication skills
" Strong listening skills with the ability to overcome objections
" Experience with Retail Branch Banking recruiting highly desired
" Must be knowledgeable of Bay Area talent market.
