We have a number of roles for Camstar Engineers and Camstar Analysts at Cepheid for our locations in Sunnyvale, Newark and Lodi!

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be our on-site Camstar MES support point of contact
• Provide guidance and support to Lodi users including diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving any Camstar MES issues that may come up
• Perform or assist in root cause investigations and MES changes/updates
• Train users on how to use Camstar MES
• Participate in Kaizens and other process improvement activities while aligning them with the Business Solutions Roadmap

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related work experience OR Master's degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience such as Camstar
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows

Physical requirements/abilities:

• Must be able to stand for several hours.
• Must be able to see manufacturing processes up close: ability to be on the shop floor and in cleanrooms

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with SAP
• Working knowledge of Agile PLM or other PLM systems
• Experience working in a medical device manufacturing company
