- You'll work with a rock star team of people who are passionate about the work they do.HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Develop a supplier management program with key suppliers including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives
- Lead cross functional teams through a disciplined sourcing process to support strategic sourcing, supply management and operation objectives.
- Coordinate with resources in business unit/functional areas such as procurement, legal, operations and other support functions to ensure strategies and agreements are well defined and aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market research, benchmark analysis and market analysis as well as creating cost estimates and forecasts
- Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques, as well as negotiating contracts that maximize value and cost savings benefit
- 5+ years of leadership in Strategic Sourcing and Business Continuity plans. 4-year degree
- Proven track record in the deployment of Supplier Management initiatives that result in significant cost savings
- Experience in Supply Chain New Product introduction (project management experience preferred)
- Drive excellence in operational performance through the deployment and management of KPI's
- A track record of being a change agent that continuously drives continuous improvements and significant business results.
- Demonstrated track record of building relationships, showing flexibility, utilizing strong communication skills and incorporating "big picture' strategic thinking
