Job Title: .Net Core Tech Lead

Salary: $150k - $170k base (DOE)

Requirements: .Net Core, Azure or AWS, Management/Leadership experience

We are seeking a strong .NET developer with leadership experience to help further develop our consumer-facing site experience. This is a key leadership role within our 100% remote engineering team that will enable us to continue our growth.

These alliances assist with providing some of the best deals to first responders, Military, and Police! It's a way for us to say thanks to those whose jobs are in place to protect the people.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work with Product Management to plan out releases
• Create tech designs for large features. You are responsible for the technical architecture of the system you are building (with guidance and support from our architect)
• Write code alongside the team and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality
• Oversee 3 - 5 engineers.
• As a Tech Lead, 1 on 1's are expected to help encourage and facilitate technical growth within your team
• Must be willing to jump in and help your team solve a problem
  

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ years in software development
• Must have experience leading an engineering team
• Solid understanding of .NET Core
• Bachelors degree in a technology related field preferred
• Proficiency with Azure or AWS highly desired
• Experience with container technologies like Docker is required
