Job description

As an Administrative Associate, you will handle communication with clients and prospects, paving the way for successful interactions at all levels of the Bank.

What you'll do as an Administrative Associate:

  • Oversee positive client interactions, including scheduling client-related appointments and coordinating client mailings and invitations to company events.
  • Handle administrative tasks: assist with phone calls to prospects and clients, manage meeting logistics, submit business expense requests, schedule appointments and distribute mail.
  • Research and respond to client inquiries; escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Assist in preparing presentation materials for prospect and client meetings.
  • Coordinate new account opening by developing client profiles.
