Who you are:

We are looking for enthusiastic/ energetic telemarketers / appointment makers who can represent the 500apps brand well and engage our prospective customers in meaningful conversations that drive value. Ideal candidates will share our passion to make our customers successful. The successful candidate will be tech savvy, eager and quick to learn and adapt in a fast changing environment. She / he would have had experience in Outbound sales using a Dialer / Cold calling in a B2B setting. Candidates with knowledge and understanding of SaaS products will be preferred.

What you will be doing (responsibilities):

  • Make outbound calls for the new signups in the assigned region.
  • Should make 300-600 calls daily to prospective customers through our proprietary Dialer
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
  • Meet sales / contact goals and objectives set by leadership
  • Diligently update customer / prospects data in CRM.
  • Create and submit necessary reports as needed.
  • Uncover business needs of customers and gather feedback to improve existing products.
  • Drive understanding and adoption of our products through quick demos and consultative selling.
  • Be the product champion / Evangelist for 500apps.com

Skills, Qualifications, Requirements:

  • Ability to have meaningful conversations with business owners / leaders that lead to valuable insights.
  • You will ideally be a graduate.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Customer Success / OB Sales in a B2B setting.
  • Previous experience with Dialer and SaaS products will be an advantage.
  • Most have working PC with audio / video functionality with adequate broadband speed in a conducive environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt fast.

Contract length: 12 months
