Overview:
First Entertainment has an immediate opening for a Commercial Real Estate Processor/Servicer within our growing Business Lending Department. The primary role is to coordinate all activities related to the packaging and documentation of loan files while facilitating the funding of loan transactions.

Responsibilities:
• Loan Processing & Funding
• Reviews loan files upon receipt, prepares needs list, and ensures receipt of all documentation necessary to prepare the loan file for underwriting
• Confirms that borrower's information on the documents is complete
• Follows up with the Loan Officer, broker or member as required for file completion
• Prepares loan status reports and documents as required.
• Coordinates processing and funding activities with respective internal departments to ensure efficient loan closing and timing
• Follows up with the Loan Officer, broker or member as required for file completion
• Answers member and non-member phone calls

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent is required. College coursework in accounting or finance is preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial loan originations, preferably banking or credit unions
• A minimum of four years Commercial Real Estate loan processing and funding experience
• Community banking experience and knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504 loans is highly preferred
• Must be able to read and analyze complex tax returns and financial statements, appraisals, environmental reports, credit reports and preliminary title reports
• Must possess strong analytical skills and ability to make recommendations quickly
• Experience with automated lending and related systems. Preferred experience with Symitar, Meridian Link, FDI, DocuSign, Sageworks, and related systems
• Strong credit analysis skills
• Understanding of loan related legal and regulatory requirements
