Job description

Job s ummary: A Head for Profits, LLC (AHFP) is a draft beer service company looking to hire a contract recruiter to source, screen , and interview applicants to fill current/future job opening s for 3-4 months .

Contract Length: M id-February 2022 - May 2022.

Training will be included on draft beer system operations, maintenance and general beer knowledge.

Recruiter r esponsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to keep up to date on current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Detailed understanding of each job description within A HFP and related companies .
  • Advise managers and associ ates on recruiting policies, procedures , and interview techniques .
  • Post recruiting ads using our Applicant Tracking System (Efficient Apply) , social media, or any other job posting sites.
  • Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.
  • Phone screen applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job skills.
  • Inform potential applicants about operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in the organization.
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and associate referrals, as needed.
  • Maintain the A pplicant T racking S ystem (Efficient Apply) with recruiting and candidate contact history.
  • Communicate and negotiate offers of employment with candidates .
  • May arrange and/or attend job fairs.
  • Assist with the development of assigned territory recruitment strategy, including influencing hiring managers regarding appropriately hiring practices.
  • Collect pre-onboarding documentation and pre-hire authorization forms.
  • Complete social media/background screening along with professional references (if needed).
  • Perform weekly presentations for the leadership team on the status of open positions.
  • Schedule/coordinate on-site interviews on behalf of the managers (if needed).

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field s.
  • Previous experience in a contract recruitin g role in a related industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) a bonus .
  • Maintains current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) .
