JOB DESCRIPTION

Fox Entertainment is looking for a Freelance Room Producer to join our growing team. As the Freelance Room Producer, you will oversee various production functions.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Coordinate the receipt of all audio materials from the creative team

* Communicate daily with agents/managers to book VO talent

* Arrange scripts and check the accuracy of tags/tune-in marketing

* Direct VO talent as it pertains to tone and timing (in-person and remotely)

* Supervise audio mix sessions and work closely with the mixers, finishing crew, and creative teams to ensure promos are qc'd properly and delivered according to spec

* Archive scripts, handle AFTRA forms and other paperwork associated with each session and subsequent VO talent payment

* Acquire auditions and demos from agencies and select voice-over talent for new shows, specials, and presentations

* Create a harmonious work atmosphere where all team members feel valued, included, and respected

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

* Must have strong computer skills

* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

* Ability to quickly and confidently problem-solve

* Capability to multi-task, and have a keen attention to detail

* Must be highly organized and motivated to work in a creative environment

* Ability to work calmly and function positively and productively in a busy, high-pressure environment

NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER

* Bachelor's degree

* Educational background in TV or Film Production

* Some experience in producing and/or promo marketing
