Job description

Downtown Los Angeles law firm is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join its firm wide management team. The position leads the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, including staff recruiting, performance management, payroll administration, reporting and compliance, policies and procedures, and HR software/database management. Human Resources Director must have a strong generalist background capable of oversight of several HR functions including staff recruiting, performance management, payroll and compliance. Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least five to seven years of human resource management experience required.
  • Experience with viDesktop and iManage software highly preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred.
