We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to assist the department in providing clients, prospects and internal parties with timely and accurate information related to the firm and its investment strategies, with a focus on various data requests, client books, standard material, quarterly reporting and ad hoc marketing requests. This position will work with both our institutional and advisory sales channels.
This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare client deliverables, including client presentations and reporting
- Assist the team to develop marketing systems supporting automation efforts, including standard marketing material
- Prepare standard marketing material, including FactSheets and standard presentations
- Run competitive data and attribution from eVestment, FactSet and Bloomberg
- Prepare and deliver client and consultant questionnaires
- Assist with marketing strategy by pulling digital content engagement data, generating marketing research, tracking client feedback
- Develop expertise across software applications to retrieve/generate information
- Collaborate with sales to develop webinar and video content
- Collaborate with team members to complete ad hoc projects
What You Will Need:
- Knowledge of financial industries
- A balanced quantitative and qualitative skillset
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy and timely follow through
- Ability to collaborate with a team and execute responsibilities independently
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications)
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university and strong academic background or equivalent experience
- Business, finance or math major: preferred but not necessary
