Job description

Our client, a Health and Wellness company is seeking a sharp, motivated individual to personally assist the CEO and Founder. This personal assistant will travel domestically often, receive great benefits, and work in an industry that makes a difference. The ideal candidate will be personable, polished, organized, have reliable transportation, and enjoy traveling.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Personal responsibilities and errands
  • Schedule travel
  • Client communication
  • Coordinating with staff and management on ongoing projects


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 1 year of experience in a PA role
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Ability to travel
  • Must be self-directed and engaged
