Job description

Our client, a leading global Wealth Management Firm, is seeking a dedicated and professional Associate to join their vibrant and collaborative office in West Los Angeles. The Associate plays an integral role in this dynamic and fast-paced team, working closely with a high performing group of Advisors and acting as a direct liaison to clients. You will be challenged daily as you accommodate requests, create reports, and engage in thorough research and analysis. You will also communicate with your colleagues across teams and departments and work efficiently as you engage in asset allocation advising, portfolio analysis, retirement planning, and discretionary planning for high net worth clients. You will be responsible for a variety of research and training, and will be in charge of analysis reporting, high level and critical correspondence, and engaging in the full scope of client services.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a corporate financial office; financial services experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business management at a top school
  • SIE or Series 7, Series 63 preferred but not required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills


Associates will be required to obtain their series 7 and 63 licenses (company will sponsor required licenses).
