The Talent Acquisition Operations team is seeking a skilled professional who will help to build/ revamp global and regional level recruiting policy and process. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving recruiting operational excellence and leading change at scale. This is a full-time position open to Mountain View/Los Angeles/New York-based candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Gathering requirements from the business lines and regional recruiting teams.
- Designing talent acquisition policies that encourage best practice behaviour as well as compliance with legislation.
- Collaborating with HR leaders and HR centers of excellence to develop processes and policies.
- Communicating and executing process changes to a large dispersed international workforce.
- Staying up to date with HR best practices, understanding developments in HR technology, and applying that knowledge to continually iterate processes for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years project experience in Recruiting. Domain expertise in recruiting Policy and Process Improvement.
- Project and program management experience on an international scale is preferred.
- Experience building and scaling processes in a high-growth, dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate around ambiguities autonomously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey project strategies, roadmaps, priorities, goals, and tradeoffs through compelling visuals and presentations.
