As a Senior Corporate Paralegal, you will work alongside transactions attorneys and compliance professionals in executing a variety of complex transactions for our mutual funds and other investment vehicles. As an integral part of our transactions team, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of equity and fixed-income transactions, including evaluating transaction structures, reviewing and negotiating deal terms and overseeing trade and settlement mechanics. You'll contribute your expertise in helping to ensure compliance with securities laws, investment guidelines and other applicable limits, all while applying sound judgment in seeking to ensure the best interests of our shareholders and other investors are being met. In this role, you will regularly interact with our global team of senior business leaders (including investment professionals, traders and our capital markets team), inhouse and outside counsel, and operational business groups. You will also represent our team in day-to-day interactions with corporate issuers and their legal and financial advisors. You'll leverage your leadership abilities in mentoring, providing guidance to and acting as an escalation point for teammates and for other colleagues throughout the business. You have comprehensive experience in a law firm and/or corporate environment performing paralegal work in capital markets, private equity, M&A or venture capital.
