"I can succeed as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Lead at Capital Group."As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Lead, you'll play a critical role in supporting the continued growth of the "Information Technology organization" (ITG) and have the opportunity to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies in support of broader organizational objectives. You'll lead a variety of technical searches and your hires will have a highly impactful effect on Capital Group's expanding use of data engineering and data science across every facet of the firm's activities. You'll develop innovative sourcing strategies that will support Capital's investment in attracting and engaging the world's best technical talent.To thrive in this role, you are an experienced technical full life cycle recruiter who leverages numerous sourcing techniques. You've built a successful career in creating and building new strategies for finding and activating diverse talent pipelines and executing on tactical research, referrals generation, talent mapping and sourcing campaigns. You're passionate about developing diverse candidate pools. You provide thought leadership to your stakeholders which includes hiring managers, HR business partners and candidates. By using a competency-based assessment approach, you deliver unbiased candidate assessments and provide education and direction to your hiring teams to ensure the same."I am the person Capital Group is looking for." You have previous experience leading technical searches in a complex, global organization where technology is a key, strategic business enabler. You have a track record of building strong relationships and are viewed as a trusted talent advisor by the business and HR partners. You are viewed as a valued member of the interview team for roles at all levels, with a strong voice in the decision process. You will design and oversee initiatives that promote efficient teams and positive environments including inspiring others in times of change and challenge. You will work with senior leaders to identify how TA and HR can improve business outcomes and support strategic direction and demonstrate leadership despite lack of formal authority. You will be asked to play a lead role on team initiatives and broader TA and HR projects. You evaluate and analyze multidimensional situations and develop and implement comprehensive solutions including formulating execution plans that show a clear connection between vision and action. You're highly effective in utilizing active and passive sourcing methods (Boolean, LinkedIn) to identify talent and have successfully developed sourcing strategies that involved hiring entire teams as well as niche positions, within the technology space. Your deep assessment skills enable you to make accurate conclusions about a candidate's technical and soft skills, past experiences, potential and overall fit to open requisitions. You have a deep project management skillset that supports you to switch gears smoothly between managing multiple requisitions simultaneously and leading ad-hoc projects. Your background includes using metrics and data to make objective, data driven decisions that allow you to recognize patterns in the business or with candidates and create compelling stories to influence key business partners. You are a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful and engaging. You continue to challenge yourself by proactively seeking feedback from various audiences connecting themes to address self-developmental opportunities and take on responsibilities outside of your comfort zone; take risks, pushes boundaries, and you are resilient in the face of setbacks.
