Randstad Technologies is currently seeking a talented and motivated Technical Support Analyst for our law firm client in Los Angeles! This is an ONSITE position requiring white-glove support to executives and high-profile end-users. If you bring at least 4 years experience in desk-side and helpdesk/phone end-user support for Windows, Mobile devices and Video-conferencing systems along with great attention to details, we'd love to talk to you about this long-term opportunity!

responsibilities:

• Coordinates with IT teams to develop best practices for planning, implementation, and support of computer systems projects.
• Ensures issues, questions, and problems concerning hardware, software, videoconferencing, mobile devices and IT infrastructure are addressed and resolved in an organized, coordinated manner.
• Accurately create and manage support tickets with proper categorization to help drive user experience through product and escalation analytics used by cross-functional departments in IT management.
• Learn from user interactions to help innovate user experience improvements to hardware, software, and support tools.
• Communicate user challenges across multiple teams, including development, to promote continual improvement in support of the user experience and service quality.
• Installs and provides support for IT end user equipment.
• Provides support for infrastructure equipment under the direction of IT management.
• Provides support for conferencing technologies, which includes meeting-specific testing and configuration and regular maintenance.
• Serve as the user experience ambassador by coordinating support with other IT department technical support resources, the Los Angeles Office Manager, and third party vendors as needed.
• Participates in weekly Change Management meetings.
• Seek out opportunities and contribute to workflow process improvements with constructive suggestions and forward-thinking plans.
• Assists with technology-related tasks in the arrival and departure of personnel to the Firm, under the direction of IT management and the Los Angeles Office Manager, and meets with new and departing attorneys as needed.
• Provides on-site training for personnel, advising them on the best practices for using technical applications and programsunder the direction of IT management.
• Assists with training of new hires under the direction of the Training Services Manager.
• Coordinates and leads project resources in a cross-functional environment.
• Maintains technical documentation, especially whenspecific to the Los Angeles office, under the direction of the Technical Support Manager.

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Education: High School (required)

skills:

• Desktop Support (4 years of experience is required)
• Helpdesk (4 years of experience is required)
