Summary:

BioSerenity is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Territory Manager to help execute the company's vision of Solving America's Sleep Problems and identify neurological disorders. This territory will be based in Southern, CA. BioSerenity offers a unique working environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance. Responsibilities:

The Territory Manager should be familiar and comply with all company and client policies and procedures in order to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Promote and expand BioSerenity three lines of business (Sleep Lab Management Services, Home Sleep Testing Services, and EEG)
  • Support existing contracted and affiliated partners (hospitals and physicians) in the territory
  • Help define plans for achieving sales objectives in the territory
  • Assist in budgets, forecasts and reports
  • Become well informed about current industry trends, competition and competitive issues
  • Sales activities including presentations to physicians and hospital administrators, clinical in-service for home sleep testing products and on-going account management for contracted sleep lab partners
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of our service model and the resources (personnel and equipment) needed to meet or exceed company requirements.
  • Maintain strong ties with KOL's (Key Opinion Leaders) in the markets we serve.

Job Requirements:

  • Must demonstrate efficient supervisory, problem solving and training skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized and have the ability to effectively communicate with individuals and groups, including all levels of staff.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time and demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Must offer a flexible travel schedule.
  • 3-5 years of consistent, top achieving results in medical sales. Experience with pulmonary, neurology and sleep medicine markets preferred.
  • Bachelors' degree required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the hospital environment decision making process
  • Solid understanding of the primary care environment decision making process

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift/move up to 25 pounds and be able to walk, push, pull, grasp, bend, stoop, squat and reach as necessary. Specific visual ability requirements include close, distance, color and peripheral vision, hand-eye coordination, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to retrieve, communicate and present information in a written, auditory and visual manner.

  • Required to present proof of valid driver's license, auto insurance and pass a background check
