Job description

Water Studio () is an established design, fabrication, and construction firm specializing in water features and fountains. We are currently seeking an exceptional Stone Fabricator/Tile Setter to join our growing team. This is a full-time hourly position offering health benefits and a great opportunity for growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installation of tile and granite on water features at various job sites in Southern California.
• Assist with tile and granite assembly and fabrication in our fabrication shop in Culver City.
• Assist with general installation of water features and related components after initial training.
• Assist with on-site plumbing, repairs, and adjustments of water features after initial training.
• Assist with general organization and cleaning of shop and job sites are required.
• Assist with purchasing, pickups and deliveries as required.

TILE SETTER / FABRICATOR QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years experience in stone/tile setting and installation with ability use tile setting tools, adhesives, and grout.
• Must be able to work in our shop in Culver City and at various job sites in LA area (using company vehicles).
• Must be a quick learner and have good communication skills.
• A team player who is positive, enthusiastic, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Must have valid clean driving record with a valid CA driver's license.
• Must have excellent references and be able to pass background checks.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.50 per hour

Schedule:

COVID-19 considerations:
PPE is provided. Face covering, hand washing and physical distancing protocols are in place. Work surfaces, doors and handles are regularly disinfected. Work stations are set up with distance from one another.
