Job Description
Christina is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide executive support to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for the CEO and liaison to the Executive Management team. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working in a results-driven entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and will possess strong written, and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The ability to be flexible and handle multiple priorities is imperative. The Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities, deadlines, and confidential matters with discretion.
Salary is commensurate with experience; full benefits package offered. The position is based in Malibu, California.
Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive support services to the CEO that ensures outstanding communication and responsiveness
· Provide calendar and email management, prioritize inquiries and requests, troubleshoot daily conflicts with little guidance, make judgment decisions and recommendations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
· Support CEO with internal and external communications
· Support and manage a high-volume of requests and projects to meet the objectives of the CEO
· Manage scheduling and travel logistics for the CEO
· Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and memos
· Organize meetings and events
· Maintain quality filing and communications systems including contact management, electronic and paper document management, and archiving
· Assist in other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take initiative, multi-task, be a team-player and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated writing and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills, commitment to accuracy, and attention to details
- Ability to access a wide range of resources and networks for information
- Good judgment and ability to function independently
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft applications
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with diplomacy
- Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines
