Internal Audit Manager Responsibilities
* Partner with business teams to assess risk and advise on controls related to emerging technology businesses and financial services
* Build strong relationships with relevant business partners to thoroughly understand their business and identify appropriate risk mitigations and opportunities to add value
* Perform risk assessments within the technology, payments, and financial services space, and recommend audit projects that will deliver value to Facebook
* Work closely with Emerging Tech functional lead to report and manage communication around risks, portfolio of audit projects, and outcomes
* Partner with other Internal Audit team members to coordinate cross-vertical audit projects and initiatives in alignment with IA's strategy
* Effectively manage relationship with the internal audit co-sourcing partner(s) to ensure that execution as one team
* Deliver timely and concise communication including developing and producing management reporting illustrating audit status, trends, and remediation of deficiencies
* Educate Business Process Owners (BPO's) by leading training sessions to demonstrate compliance requirements and share hot topics in PCAOB and COSO compliance
Minimum Qualifications
* Employer will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field and 36 months of work experience in job offered or in an auditing-related occupation. Experience must include 36 months of experience in the following:
* Conducting IT audits for technology companies in compliance with Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) guidance and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
* Performing gap assessments for technology companies against control frameworks, such as Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO), or Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT)
* Assisting teams with remediation of control gaps highlighted during financial assessments
* Oracle and SQL databases
* Preparing audit programs, budgets, schedules, and expectations.
